No, not with Geocities. If I’m not mistaken, I believe Freehostia offers thoses options for free. Google them and check them out. :DD

ah you had me until asp.net.
stay away from windows for web programming IMHO.
i recommend for non-windows practice. except for no ssh shell window, it is virtually identical to hosts I pay good money for.
